Robert j. eagle spirit, Sr.

Founder

Robert J. Eagle Spirit, Sr. is a respected leader, veteran, and visionary with a distinguished record of service in both the military and community leadership. As the Most Worshipful Grand Master of the Prince Hall Grand Lodge of California, he brings decades of Masonic experience and a legacy of empowering others through unity, tradition, and purpose. His journey began while serving as a drill instructor in San Diego, and since then, he has advanced through numerous leadership roles across the Masonic family, including Royal Arch, Knights Templar, Royal and Select Masters, Consistory, and Shrine.

Beyond his fraternal contributions, EagleSpirit is a passionate advocate for education, youth empowerment, and community development. He is the founder of the Eagle Spirit Foundation, a nonprofit dedicated to supporting college students facing housing insecurity. Through initiatives like CollegeHomeAssist and advocacy campaigns, he champions equitable access to education and stable housing. With a leadership style rooted in faith, resilience, and service, Robert J. Eagle Spirit continues to bridge generations through meaningful impact and legacy-driven work.

Aaron Washington

Chief Operating Officer

Aaron Washington is a lifelong historian and educator with more than 30 years of experience preserving and sharing America’s maritime heritage. As the former managing director of the USS Pampanito with the San Francisco Maritime Park Association, he brought World War II history to life for thousands of visitors, blending storytelling with education aboard the historic submarine docked at Fisherman’s Wharf. Now retired, Washington has turned his focus to another enduring passion—chronicling and advancing the legacy of Prince Hall Masonry.

A proud Prince Hall Mason since his college days at Alabama State, Washington now serves as the Right Worshipful Senior Grand Warden, third in line to become Grand Master. Deeply committed to preserving and sharing the history of Black fraternal leadership and civil rights activism, he works to ensure the fraternity continues to serve future generations. His guiding motto, Leave it better than you found it, reflects a lifelong dedication to education, legacy, and community empowerment.

Ronald "Ron" Eugene Robinson

Chief Development Officer

Ronald "Ron" Eugene Robinson is a decorated U.S. Navy veteran and seasoned civil servant with over 30 years of military and Masonic leadership. A master connector and servant leader, he currently serves as Installation Program Director at Naval Base Ventura County, managing operations across multiple facilities. With degrees in Organizational Leadership, Business Administration, and Culinary Arts, Ron blends operational excellence with community engagement. His distinguished military career is marked by numerous commendations and a continued commitment to veteran affairs in his civilian role.

Ron is also a prominent community advocate, actively serving on the Ventura County Public Safety Racial Equity Advisory Group, the Juneteenth Committee, and executive committees for the NAACP and MLK Ventura County. A life member of AMVETS and a past leader in Prince Hall Freemasonry, he uplifts others through cultural service and mentorship. His life’s work reflects integrity, loyalty, and a dedication to empowering veterans and underserved communities.

tamaron r. luckett

Secretary

Tamaron currently serves on the Board of Directors as the Secretary. She has 25+ years of experience as a Senior Executive Assistant in the Government sector dealing effectively and diplomatically with various Mayors, City Councilmembers and Board of Supervisors throughout San Diego County.

Tamaron has a strong passion to serve her community and enjoys communicating with a diverse audience. Respectively, Tamaron is pursuing her degree in Public Administration. She also enjoys family, traveling, and assisting with her Zeta Amicae of Gardena, California Auxiliary to the Zeta Phi Beta Sorority, Inc. and other charitable organizations. 

ANTHony butler

Treasurer

Tony Butler is a seasoned financial strategist and entrepreneur, serving as Founder of Fidelis Bookkeeping and CFO of Citizen Group Media. With deep expertise in construction and nonprofit finance, Tony also operates as Consulting Controller for both Edwards Contracting and Avalos and Sons Construction. His precision and integrity in financial management have made him a trusted partner for organizations seeking sustainable growth and operational clarity.

In addition to his corporate roles, Tony serves as Treasurer for the Imagine Inglewood If Foundation, where he helps drive community impact through financial stewardship. A proud U.S. Marine, Tony lives by the ethos of service and purpose, believing firmly that “many people live a lifetime wondering if they made a difference in this world. Marines don't have that problem.” His leadership reflects a lifelong commitment to excellence, accountability, and community empowerment.

As Chief Foundations Officer, Miguel leads the strategic direction and growth of foundation partnerships to advance the organization’s mission and long-term impact. With deep expertise in institutional giving, philanthropy, and nonprofit strategy, Miguel oversees all foundation relations, grant acquisition, and stewardship efforts—aligning major funders with transformative programs and initiatives.

A seasoned leader in the philanthropic sector, Miguel has cultivated multi-million-dollar partnerships with national and global foundations, driving innovation in education, economic development, and social equity. Known for building trust-based relationships and championing mission alignment, Miguel brings a visionary yet results-driven approach to creating meaningful and measurable change through collaborative giving.

Marketing Advisor

Kina McFadden, MBA, is the Founder & CEO of Eye Connect Dots, Health Right Market & PRM Care. With over 20 years of experience in community engagement, event planning, marketing, and public relations, Kina is passionate about connecting people to resources that inspire growth and impact. From local initiatives to international platforms, she has collaborated with major networks and organizations including BET, OSCARS, TBN, Sony Records, and Southern California Edison. Her work spans from LA to Europe, always grounded in her faith and fueled by a deep love for youth and community.

Kina’s professional journey began in family services before shifting into special events and marketing with partners like HBO, SHOWTIME, and UFC. She co-founded BlackXchange.net and helped launch global fundraisers like The Christian Music Awards and The Celebrity Golf Tournament. Known for her motto, “Many HANDS Make Light WORK,” Kina lives by the values of integrity, trust, loyalty, and service. Her legacy is one of meaningful connections, generational wealth, and collaborative success—driven by her faith, family, and commitment to excellence.

Ana is an accountant with over 10 years of accounting experience. In 2019, Ana obtained her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with an emphasis in accounting from California State University of San Marcos.


Ana has been a community leader and advocates for human rights for over 20 years. Her passion is to empower and better the community through organizing. As a person of faith, she believes in putting her faith into action for the benefit of all.
